David Castor is an entrepreneur, investor and attorney. Since founding Alerding Castor Hewitt, LLP in 2007, David has served as the firm’s managing partner and director of business and venture finance transactions. David’s background in finance and experience as a founder of and investor in several businesses allow David to advise clients in areas beyond most attorneys’ typical business and securities law fields. In additional to general counsel services, David counsels entrepreneurs through their business modeling stages, capital strategies, securities transactions and sales and growth initiatives. He also helps investors organize their investment models and manage and complete their transactions.
